Nobleis not loading. How can I fix it?

When opening the app, you see the animated hands spinning indefinitely, that's a sign that there is an issue.   The best way to fix it is to reinstall the app.

1. Delete the Nobleis app and re-download it
2. Check to make sure your phone's location services are turned on for Nobleis.
