It can be upsetting to log in and discover that your profile is blank and that all of your connections are gone, but don't worry, by following below steps should fix the issue.
We've discovered that generally, this problem is just the result of selecting the incorrect sign-in method. Try the following steps to see whether this is the case:
- Click on the Settings tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and select “Log Out.”
- Log in using the opposite method you previously tried (e.g. if you used your phone number try logging in with Facebook).
Additionally, the app might be creating a new profile rather than directing you to your old account if you have changed your Facebook login information (the email you use to access Facebook).
