Safety on Nobleis

On Nobleis, we value your security and expect all our users to respect our principles of compassion and equality. We are thankful for a strong community that helps hold each other accountable in addition to our rules and Community Guidelines
Nobleis platform was designed to deter romance scams from taking place by only allowing communications between users after a successful bid, or pledge to donate was accepted.  But still  we think that our users should have the confidence to use good judgment and exercise caution when meeting new people. Here are some safety recommendations from our staff for using Nobleis.

  • Exercise caution when sharing personal data as your personal information is all yours, including your home address, phone number, and other information. Till you are certain that you can trust the person you're conversing with, think about keeping them a secret. It's probably advisable to hold onto information if you wouldn't divulge it to a complete stranger in real life.
    Even before the first transmission, safety can begin. Be careful that a lot of personal information may also be in your profile. If someone could find you using the information in your profile, it might be best to leave it out.
  • Never send or exchange money or financial information. Sharing your bank account details is never necessary, even after confidence has been formed. Report it right away if someone requests for payment information, such as credit card numbers, mother's maiden name, or bank routing information.
  • Use our in-app reporting feature if an account raises any red flags since it is the best method to get our attention. A reported user will never know who flagged their account because all reports are kept fully anonymous.   Our community guidelines are enforced by a team of moderators who are on duty round-the-clock to weed out spam, fraudulent profiles, and infringers.  It's not too late if you ever forget to report someone through the app (for example, if you mismatched with the person or deleted your account). You may always send us a report by emailing us or using the Contact Us option in the app.
